Sunday, Nov. 28, marks the beginning of Advent. The season of Advent is a time of new beginnings for the Christian Church, as we mark the start of a new liturgical year and wait with anticipation for the arrival of the Christ Child and the union of human and Divine, of heaven and earth. Our 2022 Stewardship Campaign – HOME – is off to a wonderful start! Thank you to all who have pledged in support of Christ Church and its ministries. We ask that you please consider what Christ Church means to you and your family and that you keep our parish in mind as a philanthropic priority. You can click here to make your pledge online, return your pledge card by mail or place it in the offering plate each Sunday morning.
Christ Church is our meeting place with God, a school for shaping character for our children and youth, a home where we celebrate and renew our faith again and again, and an encouragement to awaken to the abundant life Jesus came to bring.
Our goals are for children of Christ Church, from birth through 5th grade, to understand that they are known and loved by God and their church family, and that they belong to God’s family and the family of Christ Church.

All Students Grade 6-12 will need to have a Youth Registration and Medical Release form to participate in Youth Ministry programs at Christ Church. We will need one form per student. This year, our form can be found online via this link.
We invite anyone in the 22-40 (ish) age range for formation and fellowship. For more information about this ministry, contact The Rev. Daniel J. Reeves at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Young Adult Commission
There is a dedicated, 15-person committee of young adults at Christ Church who serve a three-year term on the Young Adult Commission (YAC). The YAC is in charge of overseeing, organizing, and dreaming up ministry opportunities and social events for the Young-ish Adults of CC.
We offer a wide range of diverse opportunities for formation, education and spiritual growth for adults on Sundays and throughout the week.
Christ Church is a place for all to feel connected and at home. Come, be together, connect and enjoy the fellowship and fun we enjoy together as a Christ Church family.
Our mission is to create a community in which the joys and sorrows of life are honored and consecrated, so that no one walks alone at Christ Church. To learn more about our Pastoral Care offerings and how you can get involved or receive care, contact Karen Connor McGugan.
