Parish Life

Christ Church is a place for all to feel connected and at home. Come, be together, connect and enjoy the fellowship and fun we enjoy together as a Christ Church family.

Sacred Ground

Christ Church has initiated two small groups as a pilot program, with the hope of offering more in the future. Sacred Ground is a film-and readings-based dialogue series on race, grounded in faith, produced by The Episcopal Church. Small groups walk through chapters of America’s history of race and racism, while weaving in threads of family story, economic class, and political and regional identity. For more information, please contact Stannie Brewer at or visit this link.

Yoga via Zoom

Christ Church yoga ministry has resumed virtually on Mondays from 5:15-6:15 p.m. Reach out to Chip Dodd via with any questions or to be added to the list.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Attend general monthly meetings and events that take place throughout the year. These meetings and events will be published on our calendar, and in our regular communications.
  • Donate; your financial support makes our parish events possible. Donate online here, or send a check to Christ Church ECW – 120 E. Edenton Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. Thank you in advance for your support!
  • Volunteer; whether it’s helping with an event, hosting a meeting, or joining a committee, there is a place for you! Please email Bess Pitt if you’d like to learn more about getting involved. Volunteers are the heart of ECW and our guilds. Our events and fundraisers are successful because of the many talented women with a heart to serve.
